"20" is the only option for Maximum Items to Display under Blogs Display Settings

Description

Under the Blog Display settings, the Maximum Items to Display dropdown menu is only showing 20 as all options.

Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Add a Blogs portlet
2. Go to the options (wrench) icon
3. Go to Configuration
4. Go to Display Settings
5. Select "Maximum Items to Display"
6. The dropdown menu will only show "20" for all options
