Knowledge Base Articles do not display right after they have been added

Description

Once a created User adds an article, the User must wait for approximately 5 minutes before the article displays in the Knowledge Base portlet for the Guest User and the Power User.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy the knowledge-base portlet
2. Add New Page - Knowledge Base Test Page
3. Add Knowledge Base (Display) portlet
4. Click Go to > Control Panel > Users and Organizations
(a) Add New User - user1@liferay.com
5. Click Save
6. Click Back to liferay.com
7. Click 'Permissions' in the Knowledge Base Test Page
8. Flag all check boxes near Power User
9. Click Save
10. Sign Out
11. Sign In as user1@liferay.com
12. User clicks Add Article
(a) Name: Article 1
(b) Content: Article 1
13. Click Publish

FAIL - Newly added article does not display in the Knowledge Base portlet. System displays 'No Articles were found.'

14. Sign Out
15. Click Knowledge Base Test Page

FAIL - Newly added article does not display in the Knowledge Base portlet. System displays 'No Articles were found.'

16. Sign In as test@liferay.com
17. Assert that Article 1 displays
18. Click Actions > Permissions near Article 1
19. Assert that the View Permission for the Guest User is flagged

After several minutes have passed, the newly added article can be viewed by the Guest User and Power User.
