PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:
1. Go to Control Panel > Polls.
2. Create a question with some choices.
3. Create some users.
4. Go to Welcome page.
5. Add Polls Display portlet.
6. Click configuration icon.
7. Select the created question.
8. Save.
9. Sign in as each users and vote.
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.
There are no borders for the alternative rows in some of results.

As a result of a change in LPS-15574 for the document library ui redesign, there are no borders for the alternative rows in everywhere that uses the result-rows css.
This especially affects polls display as no votes are visible for some rows. Even the targeted change in document library looks off (in my opinion) so the solution was to add borders back.
