Removing a page in Manage Pages always redirects to Mobile Rule Groups

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as an Admin
2. Go to Manage Pages
3. Add a new page
4. Remove the page
5. You get redirected to the parent page of the deleted page, but to the Mobile Rule Groups section
