PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.
Fixed on:
Glassfish 3.1.2 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 2e9ab44a1e60d01c10f69416f65b542a53fdd65f.
Glassfish 3.1.2 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: d0297e3a439fff89052b98229e402b3c208fde61.
Able to upload the Attachments.

No need to use the attached JAR now, it's built into our bundles now.

Resolving as fixed, as the attached fixed jar works.

This is not a regression bug, but a new bug that was introduced in Glassfish 3.1.2.

Use attached web-core.jar over exsting one in glassfish 3.1.2 (folder: modules). After restart, the upload works as expected.

When using classic uploader, the file seems uploaded, but can't be found anywhere.
When using new (flash) uploader, the error message says: "Please enter a file with a valid file name."
The log does not show any exception.

When a user uploads an attachment, user gets a success message but the attachment is no where to be found. Only happens on Glassfish

This issue issue did NOT exist with glassfish 3.1.1.
