Steps to reproduce:
1) Add new Asset Publisher to the page
2) Configure the Asset Publisher by the following:
Enable RSS with format RSS 2.0
Save and click on the RSS link -> working properly
3) Reopen configuration:
Change the Asset Selection form "Dynamic" to "Manual"
Click to save

Problem:
The RSS link appears again (XML Parsing error: syntax error display on the new opened RSS window)

Expected behaviour:
If the Asset Selection form is "Manual" then the RSS link disappear from the UI.

Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.

The RSS link doesn't work after changing the Asset Selection from Dynamic to Manual.

The RSS link doesn't appear when selecting Manual Selection.
