PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:
1. Add "company.security.login.form.autocomplete=false" in portal-ext.properties.
2. Sign in as admin.
3. Sign out.
4. Enter "test" in Email Address field.
5. Click left button on the mouse.
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.
The storing username and password are not disabled in browser.

Disabling the storing username and password in browser and showing "This webpage has disabled automatically filling for this form" message when opening on Chrome browser.
