Disable users from storing their username and passwords in the browser through autocomplete attribute from the HTML5.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Add "company.security.login.form.autocomplete=false" in portal-ext.properties.
2. Sign in as admin.
3. Sign out.
4. Enter "test" in Email Address field.
5. Click left button on the mouse.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.

The storing username and password are not disabled in browser.
