Announcements mark as read doesn't work properly in IE6

Description

Steps:

1. Add Announcements portlet
2. Add a new announcement
3. Click on 'Mark as Read'
4. You can see after the click this announcement won't be flagged.

but, if you reload this page this announcement will be flagged.

Mark as read doesn't work on IE6.
