PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Add Blogs Portlet
  2. Assert Display Settings is the first tab option
  3. Click Display Template dropdown
  4. Assert Basic ADT is available
  5. Also assert that the user can make a custom ADT in Control Panel > Application Display Templates
  6. Finally assert the example ADT for Blogs is under Global Scope > Application Display Templates

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.34 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 08feb86df37f7716d92dd132cef10c3404be2800.
