When used Creole image dimensions are not reflected in the source of the Wiki article.

Description

The image dialog of the CKEditor what is used for the Creole editor's base, offers many options that are not implemented in the Creole 1.0 syntax. This can cause some frustration in the users as the settings are useless if they are editing the content in Creole format.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Add Wiki portlet to a page.
2. Click "This page is empty. Edit it to add some text.".
3. Click Image icon on editor.
4. Click Browse Server button.
5. Upload a image.
6. Select the uploaded image.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. 6.1.10 EE GA1.

There are some options to resize the image on image dialog.

The options are removed from image dialog.
