Users are unable to move files above a custom root folder.
User Adds a folder to the documents and media portlet named "Liferay"
User enters the Liferay folder and adds a document
User changes the root folder to Liferay
User selects the document and moves the document to Home
Error displays: Error
The folder could not be found.
