PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: e1fdb0fa6c7cbad2f8f322d24fe872766257aff0.
The message that displays says "This page has been changed since the last update from the site template. No further updates from the site template will be applied. Click Reset to overwrite the changes and receive updates from the site template." but there is no Reset button.

Non-admin user does not see the reset button in the site template warning on the personal site.
1. As the admin, add a new user called Test1. And assign a personal site to the Test1 on the public or private pages
2. Log in as Test1.
3. Go to public or private pages and make sure that Edit Controls is enabled.
4. Add any portlet to the current page.
5. Refresh the browser.
6. The message that displays says at the very end "Click Reset to overwrite the changes and receive updates from the site template." but there is no reset button.
