Passed Manual Testing using the following steps:
1. Click Go to > Control Panel > Web Content
2. Click Structures > Add Structure
a) Name: Structure 1
b) Description: Structure 1
c) XML Schema Definition - Add Row
Text; Text
d) XML Schema Definition - Add Row
Content; Text Area (HTML)
3. Click Save
4. Click Structure 1
5. Click Launch Editor under XML Schema Definition
User is able to edit and view the rich editor in IE.
