Description

The goal of this story is to extend the search mechanisms of the Wiki and Message Board portlets so that the attachments are indexed and its content is taken into account on any searches done by the users of these portlets.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

Message Boards

  1. Add the Message Board Portlet.
  2. Post a new thread and add a text document attachment to that thread
  3. In the Message Board Portlet, search for keywords that are in the Thread and the attachment
  4. Assert matches are found in both the Thread and attachment.

Wiki

  1. Add the Wiki Portlet.
  2. Add a Frontpage and add a text document attachment.
  3. In the Wiki Portlet, search for keywords that are in the Frontpage and the attachment
  4. Assert matches are found in both the Frontpage and attachment.

Passed on:
