All the properties that have been added to the Portal Settings UI were requested by people from the community in LPS-9.
Several people thought that these properties could be overwriten for different companies using different portal-properties for each company. However, most of these properties were not read from the properties files.

These properties are now specific for each company and they can be modified from the Control Panel.

The portal settings UI have been refactored to show these properties.
