Problem occurs when you save/update a file in document library within 1 sec of the last save. SocialActivityPersistence throws a duplicate key exteption:

We should consider swapping createDate to a long. It only breaks because MySQL timestamps don't support ms. The interfaces can stay the same. We just wrap long with a date.
