Description

Problem occurs when you save/update a file in document library within 1 sec of the last save. SocialActivityPersistence throws a duplicate key exteption:

19:10:40,539 ERROR [JDBCExceptionReporter:101] Duplicate entry '10141-10149-2009-06-03 19:10:40-10059-10531-2-0' for key 'IX_8F32DEC9'

We should consider swapping createDate to a long. It only breaks because MySQL timestamps don't support ms. The interfaces can stay the same. We just wrap long with a date.
