In the Control Panel after selecting the web content portlet you should be able to select user groups as a scope. This improvement would remove a lot of the clicks which are necessary until now (see description below).

Now you must select "control panel" -> "user groups" -> "manage pages" -> "view pages" and then re-click "control panel" -> "web content" to set the scope for the selected usergroup.

We should add user groups to the scope dropdown menu in the content section of the control panel.
Moved to product backlog: this feature may be added in the next major version. It'll be analyzed.
