Status of thread in MB displays 'resolved' even after unmark the answer

  LPS-12519	Unmark answer option is shown even when the user doesn't have permissions for it
  LPS-7345	Support for Questions in Message Boards
  LPS-8566	Deleting an answer that was 'Marked as Answer', will not change the status of 'Resolved' back to 'Waiting for an Answer'.
  LPS-25592	The "Mark as an Answer" function disappears after the thread has been exported then imported as a LAR.
  LPS-9333	Answer tag will display after the page refreshed

1. post thread with 'Mark as a Question' checked.
2. reply to the thread and click 'Mark as an answer'
3. go to the category main page and you will see the status as 'Resolved'
4. go back to the answer thread and click 'Unmark' next to the answer
5. It will still display the status as 'Resolved'
