Description
We want to add the control panel portlets (Users, Organizations, Communties etc) separately on different pages.
On the left side of these pages we want to add a navigation bar.
At the moment the window state of these portlets is MAXIMIZED (WindowState.MAXIMIZED). We need WindowState.NORMAL for our use.
So we have to overwrite the appropriate jsps, because the windows state is hardcoded.
Our suggestion is to make the window state configurable for these portlets (e.g. in the portlet preferences).
Could you please verify if this improvment could be implemented in core?
Thank you.

Moved to product backlog: this feature may be added in the next major version. It'll be analyzed.
It makes sense that the portlet's window state could be configured and stored in the portlet's preferences
