Add edit profile button on users profile.

The button will open a dialog where user can manage account.

PASSED Manual Testing with the following steps

1. Navigate to Home > Profile
2. Assert that the 'Edit Profile' button displays
3. Click the 'Edit Profile' button
   • System displays 'Edit Profile' window; My Account section from Control Panel displays
4. Click 'Expertise'
   • Enter in 'Astronaut' in the Title field
5. Save
6. Assert 'Astronaut' displays near Expertise

Tomcat 6.0.32 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision 87755. SO 2.0 Plugin Revision 87755.
