      Description

Right now when you load scheduler with a lot of events it will show a blank page until all events are loaded and rendered.
Similarly, when switching months in the month view, nothing happens until all events for the new month are loaded, only then the new month gets rendered as well, which causes the impression that the click didn't work, until the page finally gets updated.

Google calendar always renders the calendar first, rendering the events asynchronously next. We should do something like this, so users can see something on the screen, and let them know we're loading data through some indicator.
