Datepicker does not interact with tab key.

      Description

      Currently, AUI datepicker does not interact with tab key.

      When the input of datepicker is focused by tab key, the datapicker is not shown up.

      When the input of datepicker is bulred by tab key, the datepicker is not closed.

      Datepicker annoys our customers as they have to use to mouse to focus on the page again to make the datepicker appear or disappear when they're filling fields for creating a user, for example.
