Description
In Calendar portlet, when today's date is the last week of the year and using monthly view, the blue border is cut out.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Liferay and add a Calendar portet to any page
2. Change your PC calendar date to 12/31
3. Switch the display mode of calendar portlet to monthly

Actual result
The blue border is cut out.

Expected result
The blue border is displayed correctly
