Currently when `blade update -s` is executed, blade can incorrectly report it is out of date.
1. blade update -s
2. rm ~/.blade/updateCheck.properties
3. blade version
This will show that blade needs to be updated, when it doesn't.
The anticipated fix is to compare the MD5 of the published blade to the MD5 of the locally installed blade, to verify if there is a change or not.
If MD5 does not work, a custom file can be uploaded and compared against instead.
