Steps to reproduce

1st scenario

• Create a Minium Site
• Create a new virtual product
• Go into the "Virtual" tab

Expected results

"Save" and "Cancel" buttons are present at the bottom of the page.

Actual Results

"Save" and "Cancel" buttons are not present at the bottom of the page. An error is present on the log

2nd scenario

• Create a Minium Site
• Create a new virtual product
• Go into the "Virtual" tab
• Open the "Terms of use" accordion 

Expected results

The content inside the accordion is not shown if "Enable Terms of Use" toggle is disabled. "Save" and "Cancel" buttons are not present inside the accordion

Actual Results

The content inside the accordion is shown even if "Enable Terms of Use" toggle is disabled. 
The buttons "Save" and "Cancel" are present inside the accordion and the characters inside the buttons are written as CSS entities
