After Updating an Account 3 Times, Cannot Go Back

      Description

      In the Control Panel > Users > Accounts page, if you edit an account 3 times consecutively, you are no longer able to use the back button to go back. It also seems that if you make 2 consecutive edits, you have to click back 3 times and on the third time, it works.
