Cannot add Discount with Coupon Code

I try adding a Discount with a Coupon Code:

Title: test

Target: Apply to Total

Select Channel

Use Coupon Code: YES 

Coupon Code: azerty

Use Percentage: YES

Leverl:1 : 50%

Active: YES

PUBLISH

Now I can still edit stuff: change Deltails, Rules, Categories. But once I leave this screen, e.g. go back to the Discounts overview screen, my newly created discount with a coupon code is gone. It is sill visible in the database and I cannot create a new one with the same code. But I can also not use it with the Coupon Code Entry widget.
