Product Defect Report does not validate email or have any required fields

When using the Product Defect Report form, there is a field called Email. This field does not validate for proper email format. I have found the form has no validation at all.

I'm not sure if this is intended or not, so I'm reporting this to be safe.

Steps to reproduce
1. Login as anyone with access to the Product Defect Report form. Test Test and Gloria worked for me.
2. Go to the Commerce Site
3. Click on Report Product Defect.
4. Fill out the form any way you'd like. However, under email, don't put a typical email address format, just put something like aaa.
5. Click on Next.
Note that the form accepts this value and doesn't validate.
6. Fill out the next page of the form any way you'd like. In fact, it doesn't require any fields, so you can leave them all blank.
7. Click on Submit.

Expected: The form would validate email, and perhaps have some required fields.
Result: This form has no validation or required fields, so you could submit a blank or incomplete form.
