Description
- If an order's item is deleted from the shipment, the CommerceOrderItem's bookedQuantity should be restored
- Shipments Order Items and address should only be editable/deletable when the shipments status is processing
- We should add a warning that tells users shipments can only be modified if they have a processing status
- Shipment status should be able to move from "Ready to Be Shipped" back to "Processing"
- We should handle the case reported in
COMMERCE-286
We should add test coverage for all of these cases
