Minium's mini cart on 7.2 is misplaced

    Description

      In 7.2 Liferay's admin bar/side panel is only shown to Admins. Meaning all of the Minium full demo users have a weird view of the mini cart. The css top class needs to reduced when the user doesn't have the admin bar.

      This manifests itself in other places that aren't the mini cart, including the catalog page and search page.
