Wrong "id" setting on OrderDTOConverter

The field "orderId" is set only in the OrderItem but not in the Order object.
In OrderDTOConverter we can see only an "id" field that is commerceOrder.getCommerceAccountId().

So, there is no unique order idenfitier in the Order object.
