Unable to read text in Add Widget Search Bar on Minium Page

Description: The search bar turns dark, making it hard to read the text.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Control Panel > Sites > Sites > Add Minium or Minium Demo
2. Site Builder > Pages > Add private widget page
3. View private page
4. Click + to add Widget
5. Type in widget search bar
6. Click out of search bar

Expected result: The search bar does not change color, able to read text.

Actual result: Search bar changes to the color of the side bar, making it hard to read the text. Additionally, the Add buttons are also dark, which makes it hard to see unless the user hovers over the link.

Reproducible on:

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7. Portal 7.2.x private GIT ID: 4432bef6ed24f971137854d932756d55f1e40f14

Note*: This is only reproducible on 7.2.x private.
