Minium accelerator fails when changing the default locale of Liferay

When starting Liferay DXP+Commerce  with a default locale different than en_US , and trying to create a site using the Minium accelerator, it fails and the site is not created.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1.Use this property in a Liferay DXP 7.2 FP3 + Commerce 2.0.7
company.default.locale=de_DE

2.Try to create a site with Minium.
