Unable to edit Speedwell created Web Content

After creating a site with the Speedwell accelerator, several of the Web Content articles can not be edited.  

 

Tested on Liferay DXP 7.2 FP2 and FP4 with the 2.0.7 version of Commerce - Any attempt to edit or even just republishing results in an error message in the UI. 

Tested on Liferay DXP 7.1 - Attempts to edit appear successful but there is an error thrown in the log (speedwell-error.txt) and the changes are not persisted.
