catalog page: faceting, search and sorting problems

Hi,

having the following setup

• liferay DXP 7.2 fixpack 3
• commerce 2.0.7
• liferay commerce demo pack 2.0.7
• 2 sites created with minium and speedwell accelerators

 

it seems there is some strange behaviour in the catalog page, and I'm asking myself if I am missing something beacuse they looks quite important and easy to reproduce..

1) if I do a keyword search, it always shows all the products, I see that in the search option the 'allow empty search' flag is enabled so it means that, in reality, i never have search results, but the facet count changes.. no error in the logs

2) the sort by selector doesn't work, there is a javascript error in the console 

3) selecting a facet does nothing, there is no filtering
