Move the Demo Pack images from the public repo to gradle

The minium product images included in the demo pack – we have a license to use them, but not to release them publicly. This means that we can never move them to a publicly-accessible repo (even source-available) – which is the plan for the minium demo pack after the 2.1 release (we'll be moving all our code to liferay-portal/master). So before that move, we need to get our images out of the repo.

Instead of storing them in git, we'll store them in liferay's nexus repo instead, as an archive containing all the images. We can add it as a build dependency and explode it on deploy, so that the images are still present in the deployed module.
