Steps to Reproduce:
1. CP > Sites > Sites
2. Click "Add" ( + )
3. Create a Speedwell site
4. Product Menu > Go to Site

Expected Results:
Speedwells navigation menu button can be seen, allowing the user to navigate to other pages

Actual Results:
User must close the Control Menu before the Speedwell navigation menu can be seen and toggled.
