Price Lists side panel's UI inconcistency

STEPS

1. For convenience, initialize a Minium site;
2. Go to Control Panel -> Commerce -> Price Lists;
3. Cliclk the Plus button;
4. Select Minium as Catalog;
5. Input a Name;
6. Select a store Currency;
7. Publish;
8. Go to Control Panel -> Commerce -> Products;
9. Enter a single sku prioduct details (e.g. ABS Sensor);
10. Go to the SKUs tab;
11. Enter the SKU details;
12. Go to Price Lists;
13. Click the Plus button;
14. Select the previously created Price List;
15. Click Add;
16. Enter the Price List details

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Price List details side panel's UI is consistent

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The UI is not consistent: the menu is detached from the panel's title and, also, "Details" is doubled (see the screenshot)
