Background

With the release of 2.1.0, we will have the new Admin UI implementation including specifications management. But, in testing the feature, we realized there's some strange behavior like features that used to work with the old UI but not with the new one.

For example, you used to be able to apply the same specification label to the same product twice, so you could add multiple values for the same label, e.g.
Product = Bundle of Books
Specification = Author
Label 1 = Murakami
Label 2 = Steinbeck

This is just one example of cases weren't considered in the original design phase.
