Price List Priority Field Allows for Non-Numeric Values

I found that Price Lists allow you to publish with non-numeric values in the Priority field. The priority defaults back to zero after it has been saved.

Expected Behavior

We throw a validation error and don't allow the user to save the price list.

Environment

Testing with DXP 7.1 & 7.2 on Chrome and Firefox
