Make the Open Orders and Order History pages children of the Orders page

Currently, there are two sibling pages: Pending Orders and Placed Orders.

1. Change the names so they are more natural in English (must)
   1. Pending Orders → Open Orders
   2. Placed Orders → Order History
2. Make them both children pages of a single Orders page (nice to have)
   There should be a nav bar at the top of the page to navigate between the two like in the mocks
   1. Make the page that users go to first when clicking the Orders page the Open Orders page.
