Remove All Items does not remove all items from cart on Speedwell

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Control Panel > Sites > Create a Speedwell site
2. Go to Site > Site Navigation > Catalog
3. Add Products to cart.
4. Click on Cart Icon
5. Click on Remove all Items and Select yes to remove all items

Expected Result:
Products in the cart will be removed.

Actual Results:
Products are not removed from the cart, an empty error message pops up, but there is no errors are found in the console.

Note*: There is a workaround where you can refresh the page and then try clicking on Remote all items again and it will clear the cart.
