In the Billing Address checkout step, when selecting a saved address and then selecting Add New Address, the address fields remain disabled.
- Logged in as a user who can check out orders
- Products with available inventory in catalog
- User has at least one saved Billing address
- Add product to cart.
- Check out order.
- On the Billing Address step, select the saved Billing address.
- Then select Add New Address.
Address fields are enabled.
