Can't add multiple option values to the same option in sequence

Assumptions

1. At least one catalog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a product
2. Add an option
3. Add an option value, save
4. Add another option value without refreshing the page
5. Continue

Expected Result

Can create a theoretical infinite number of option values

Actual Result

(x)After about 2 or 3 option values, the create modal will hang

No errors in the logs

Notes

• Refreshing the page allows the user to continue creating option values
• Not sure if it's related to bundles development or something else
