Assumptions

1. Site initialized using Speedwell
2. Not logged in (using guest user)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the catalog page of Speedwell as a guest user (http://domain.com/web/sitename/catalog)
2. Try to add a product to the cart

Expected Result

Product is added to the cart

Actual Result

Product is not added to the cart

Error message in the UI, e.g. User 20103 must have VIEW permission for com.liferay.commerce.product.model.CommerceCatalog 43932
