By default, the quantity on an option value should be 1

After a user links a SKU to an option value, they are allowed to define a quantity. This determines how many units are added to a buyer's cart and ultimately purchased when this option value is selected.

We do not allow a quantity of 0 to be saved, any yet we set the quantity to 0 by default.

Definition of Done

1. When a product specialist links a SKU to a product option value, the default value for Quantity is 1.
