Design the SKU management screen (UNSPSC field)

We added an additional field to the SKU screen, UNSPSC. Read COMMERCE-4054 for context.

Now that there are more fields, though, the placement of the fields looks like a bug.

Looks like a bug because we read left-to-right but there is a missing gap to the left of UNSPSC which looks erroneous.

Design Request

1. Re-design the SKU screen with a layout of the four fields/toggles to that it is logical in the placement of the fields and doesn't look like a mistake:
   1. SKU
   2. Global Trade Item Number
   3. Purchaseable
   4. Manufacturer Part Number
   5. UNSPSC
