Assumptions

1. At least one price list exists
2. Pricing engine V2.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel → Commerce → Pricing → Price Lists → [Price List] → Entries
2. Add a price list entry
3. Set discount levels (override discount) on the price entry and on the tiered price entry
4. View the levels in the Entries table
5. View the levels in the Price Tiers table

Expected Behavior

The display of discount levels matches between the two locations and is displayed in the following format: 0.0 - 0.0 - 0.0 - 0.0

Actual Behavior

The display of discounts levels is different and in some places and is displayed in the following format: 0.0 | 0.0 | 0.0 | 0.0
