Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a discount
2. Look at the list of discounts

Expected Behavior

A column in the right-most position named "Status" which shows the discount's workflow status.

Actual Behavior

No such column.

Notes

Unfortunately, this was missed in the design phase. But since we support workflows for discount publication and show the status on other related entities like Price Lists and Promotions in the table, we should be consistent with Discounts as well.
